Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your model, select your size, add it to the cart and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes — if it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus the express payment options shown at checkout, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD $) over a secure, encrypted connection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours of ordering) with your order number, and we'll change the size, update the address or cancel with a full refund. Once the order ships, you can still use our free 60-day return policy.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What now?
First check your spam/promotions folder. If it's not there, the email address may have been mistyped — write to us with your name and the approximate time of purchase and we'll locate your order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses across the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to activate. More details on our Track Your Order page.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. All orders ship domestically within the United States, so there are no customs fees or import duties. Where applicable, sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return any item — and return shipping is free: we send you a prepaid label. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with the shoebox and tags. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
