Most stores give you 14 or 30 days. We give you 60 days from delivery. Try your pair indoors, walk around the living room, sleep on it, try it again. If it's not exactly right, send it back for a full refund.

Free returns. Actually free.

No hidden costs, no restocking fees, no label charges. If you return an item, we pay the return shipping and email you a prepaid label. The only thing a return costs you is the walk to the drop-off point.

Checked before it ships

Every pair is selected for its cushioning, materials and construction — and inspected before shipment. If anything ever arrives damaged or below standard, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it immediately, including any costs.
